Anonymity of the test

Anonymous paternity test: the word „anonymous" means that tests can be ordered by anyone and that no one checks the identity of a customer or the origin of samples submitted for testing. A customer need not make any direct contact with laboratory staff if he does not desire to. The customer can easily take samples from those who are to be tested. A customer's identity remains anonymous, as samples are sent through the mail and a customer receives the result by mail, too.

It is almost certain that all information about our clients is strictly prohibited to be given out to a third party. The data is also very confidential within the company GENERI BIOTECH and they are accessible only by assigned professional staff.

Samples submitted will not in any way be used or tested for other purposes other than paternity.

All steps leading to protection of rights and privacy of individuals are respected according to ISO 9001 regulations.

If you insist on completely hidden identity of yours, when filling out the SAMPLE RECORD form you should not fill in your name, surname and address and you should let us send the result for you only by e-mail. If you fulfill these steps, your identity will remain uncovered.

Some of our clients provide all the contacts to us personally (purchasing of the P-TEST, handing over the samples, making a payment, and getting the result), so no record of their identity exists. In this case, it is not known that a client used our service.
