Terms and conditions of the paternity test

• Result of paternity testing is sent to a customer by post or by e-maill within 5 working days after we receive the samples.
• If we learn in the first tests that it is not possible to isolate DNA from the received brushes in a quality and quantity necessary for testing, we address a customer by the way that is selected in the SAMPLE RECORD* to ask him to provide new samples.
• To maintain full discretion, we will not contact a customer in any other way except for that which is stated in the form SAMPLE RECORD*.
• Up to one year after we have sent your result, you can request the laboratory protocol of your paternity test. One year after the paternity testing, the protocols are destroyed and data about customers are removed from our computer database and there is no way to retrieve this information after this term.
• Both types of protocols, "simplified laboratory protocol", and "comprehensive laboratory protocol" can be ordered either together with paternity test or subsequently, after the result has been completed.
• Up to one year after we have sent your result, you can order an additional test for further persons (another candidate father or further child). One year after the paternity testing, this possibility is not available.

* a SAMPLE RECORD is shipped by an applicant together with the samples. In the SAMPLE RECORD, a way of obtaining result and other parameters of the test is specified by an applicant.
